2021 Apple iPhone 13 event: expected date, product launches and more

So far in 2021, Apple has held two events. We saw new iMacs, AirTags trackers, a purple iPhone 12, and more during the first event in April. Then, it conducted its annual WWDC developers event two months later, when we had our first glimpse at iOS 15, MacOS Monterey, WatchOS 8, and iPadOS 15.

It’s possible that the next Apple event is just around the corner. Although no official word has been given, we believe the iPhone 13, AirPods 3, and Apple Watch 7 will be unveiled during the company’s autumn event later this month. Later this year, we may also see the iPad Mini 6.

September and October are the most common months for Apple’s fall events. New iPhones and Apple Watches are usually unveiled in September, while Macs and iPads are usually unveiled in October.

This year, Apple may release several brand-new gadgets. This may include an Amazon Echo Show rival, which would combine an iPad with a speaker, a soundbar with built-in Apple TV, akin to Roku’s soundbar, and an Apple AR headset. All we can do is guess until Apple sends out its formal autumn event invites.

iPhone 13

According to famed analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone 13 will have four phones: the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Although there has been no official announcement on the iPhone 13’s release date, we believe it will arrive in September with a fresh design, a smaller display notch, improved cameras, and better battery life.

Apple Watch 7

A sleek, flat-edged redesign, superior battery life, and a potential blood glucose monitoring sensor might all be included in Apple’s next-generation wearable. WatchOS 8, which was introduced at WWDC, will be included with the Apple Watch 7 as well.

AirPods 3

According to a previous rumour, the Apple AirPods might get an upgrade this year. The AirPods 3 is expected to offer comparable characteristics to the AirPods Pro, such as spatial audio support, a smaller stem, replaceable ear tips, and a smaller charging case.

iPad Mini 6

Other Apple tablets, such as the iPad, iPad Air, and iPad Pro, have already received upgrades this year, leaving just the iPad Mini to be updated. A totally revamped iPad Mini 6 with the new bezel-less design and a bigger display should be revealed at the upcoming Apple Event.
