2021 CFMoto 650NK, 650MT, 650GT launched in India
Chinese brand CFMoto has finally launched the BS6 versions of its 3 premium motorcycles – 650NK, 650MY and 650GT – in India.
The 2021 CFMoto 650NK is priced at Rs 4.29 lakh, CFMoto 650MT at Rs 5.29 lakh and CFMoto 650GT at Rs 5.59 lakh, all ex-showroom. The prices of the 3 bikes have been hiked by up to Rs 30,000.
All 3 bikes now come powered by a BS6-compliant 649cc parallel-twin engine that generates 55bhp of max power and 54.4Nm of peak torque.
Surprisingly, the BS4 version of these bikes had different power/torque output per model, but now the figures have been standardised. The 650NK made an additional 5bhp/4.5Nm, the 650GT an additional 6.4bhp/4.1Nm, and the 650MT an additional 13.8bhp/7.6Nm.
By motorcycle standards, these are quite substantial losses in power and torque figures, and certainly not good for a brand that’s still establishing itself in India.
Other than BS6-compliant engines, no other changes have been made to the 3 bikes.
