2021 Ducati SuperSport 950 launched in India
The base version of the 2021 Ducati SuperSport 950 costs Rs 13.49 lakh, while the S variant, which comes with a superior suspension and a slew of extras, costs Rs 15.49 lakh.
The updated design of the Ducati SuperSport now looks much more pleasing than before, while maintaining that signature ‘unibrow’ front.
Also updated on the 2021 model is the engine cooling which is improved by a sharper fairing design with bigger vents. The old model sent the heat from the engine right onto the rider’s legs, which was inconvenient on our congested roadways. It should be better now that it has been redesigned.
The core of the machine remains the same 937cc, Testastretta L-twin engine, which continues to produce 110PS and 93Nm despite reaching BS6 standards. However, for 2021, Ducati has made the bi-directional quickshifter (DQS), which was previously only available on the S model, a standard feature on both trims.

Then, the Ducati SuperSport now comes standard with a 4.3-inch colour TFT display. The Ducati Multimedia System, which is Ducati’s smartphone connectivity module, must be purchased separately.
Also new is cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control, and wheelie control thanks to the installation of a Bosch six-axis IMU. In addition, all three riding modes (Urban, Touring, and Sport) have been improved.
2021 SuperSport now also features a Brembo front radial master cylinder, which should increase the brake feel and performance.
Like before, the base model comes with a 43mm Marzocchi USD fork and a Sachs monoshock, while the fancier S variant comes with gold-coloured Ohlins suspension.
