2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee showcased
Jeep has digitally revealed the images of the next-generation 2022 Grand Cherokee 4xe plug-in hybrid.
To be physically revealed in August at the 2021 New York International Auto Show, the 2022 Grand Cherokee takes on Jeep’s new slicker design language with slim lights and squared-off wheel arches.
While powertrain and other details have not been revealed as of now, this is a showcase of Jeep’s ‘4xe’ plug-in hybrid model, and every Jeep model will have a 4xe version in future.
The Stellaintis-owned brand expects electrified models to contribute around 70 percent of its overall sales.
Jeep also confirmed that its future EVs will come with tech like biometric recognition, peer to peer charging, drone pairing, remote vehicle tracking, and autonomous off-road capability.
