2022 KTM RC200, RC125 launched in India
The next-gen 2022 RC series has finally arrived in India with the launch of the KTM RC200 and KTM RC125 in India.
Despite receiving a fresh appearance and a few additional features, the new bikes’ starting pricing are nearly identical to those of the bikes they replace.
A big single-piece headlamp – LED on the 200, halogen on the 125 – that mimics those seen on the Duke line-up distinguishes the new design. The front and side fairings, as well as the tail portion, have all been completely redesigned. The sub-frame is now a bolt-on section to make collision repairs easier, and the fuel tank has been increased to 13.7 litres.

New LCD instrumentation and more comfortable ergonomics are hidden beneath the surface (including adjustable clip-ons). The wheels, brakes, and frame are all lighter than before, bringing the total weight to ~150kg for both models.
The revised RC390 will arrive in India early next year, with all of the improvements shown on these two motorcycles, as well as additional features like a quick-shifter and a Bluetooth-enabled TFT display.
A 199.5cc liquid-cooled motor produces 25 PS at 10,000 rpm and 19.2 Nm at 8000 rpm on the 2022 KTM RC200. On the other hand, the 2022 KTN RC125 is powered by a 124.7cc motor that produces 15 PS and 12 Nm.
