Audi e-Tron GT India launch date revealed
The Audi e-Tron GT is confirmed to launch in India on September 22. This is will be the third all-electric Audi to launch in India after the standard e-Tron and the e-Tron Sportback.
While Audi has not revealed the actual price of the e-Tron GT, bookings have already begun in India, and one may book this electric super saloon for a token amount of Rs 10 lakh.
The e-Tron GT is a stunning EV with a dramatically sloped roofline, wide track, broad shoulder line, and low bonnet. Audi’s characteristic dancing LED headlights and taillights with animations have to be among this car’s greatest party tricks.

On the inside, this car includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, connected car technology, a shift-by-wire gear selector, and a slew of driver aid and safety systems. However, unlike other recent Audis with dual-screen setups, the GT’s temperature control employs classic physical controls.
e-Tron GT driving range and power
In Europe, the GT comes in two variants: Quattro and the performance-oriented RS. In both trim levels, the e-Tron GT comes standard with an 85 kWh lithium-ion battery pack.
The electricity is routed through an electric motor, which generates 475 horsepower in the standard model and 598 horsepower in the RS model.
The upcoming Audi etron GT is capable of charging at 270kW using DC fast-chargers. This allows it to recharge its battery from 5 percent to 80 percent in around 22.5 minutes.
According to official claims, this electric super saloon has a full charge driving range of 487 kilometres (standard), while the RS trim has a full charge range of 471 kilometres. This data is from the European WLTP cycle.
The Porsche Taycan, which is also a part of the Volkswagen Group, serves as the foundation for the e-Tron GT.
