The BMW C400 GT has been launched in India as the country’s first true blue maxi-scooter.

It is priced at an exorbitant Rs 9.95 lakh in India, ex-showroom. This is because it is imported into the country as a CBU.
BMW C400 GT engine & gearbox
A 350cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with 34hp and 35Nm powers this BMW Motorrad maxi-scooter, which is mated to a CVT transmission. BMW says that the C400 GT can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 9.5 seconds and has a peak speed of over 139 kilometres per hour.

The BMW C 400 GT’s appearance is distinctive because of its wide body panels, LED lighting, and small tail section. The scooter is equipped with 15-inch front wheels and 14-inch rear wheels. According to BMW, the smaller back wheel provides for more storage capacity.
The front brakes are dual discs, while the rear brakes are single discs, featuring safety features like ABS, traction control, and riding modes. Full-LED lighting, keyless start, USB charging, and a TFT display with Bluetooth connection are among the other amenities.
