CFMoto debuts in India with 4 motorcycles
Chinese motorcycle brand CFMoto has officially entered India by launching 4 new premium models in the country. The company has tied up with Bengaluru-based AMW Motorcycles to assemble its bikes and to set up its sales network. Deliveries of these bikes will commence in October.
CFMoto 300NK
- Priced at Rs 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom), the 300NK is a street fighter which is also the entry-level CFMoto model.
- It is powered by 292.4 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engines that makes 33 bhp/ 20.5 Nm and comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. There are 2 riding modes here – Rain and Sport.
- The bike offers premium equipment like a Trellis frame, USD front forks, rear monochock and disc brakes with dual-channel ABS.
CFMoto 650NK
- The 650NK is priced at Rs 3.99 lakh which makes its the most affordable 650 cc bike in India after the Royal Enfield 650 twins.
- This bike has a 649 cc parallel-twin engine which makes 60 bhp and 56 Nm. Again, a 6-speed transmission comes standard here.
- While most equipment on the 650NK is shared with the 300NK, it skips USD front forks for a conventional telescopic front fork.
CFMoto 650MT
- Priced at Rs 4.99 lakh, this bike is an adventure tourer version of the 650NK.
- It is powered by the same 649 cc parallel twin engine, but makes more power and torque at 70 bhp and 62 Nm, respectively.
- The bike’s design is characterised by long travel suspension and higher ground clearance. Then, it also has USD front forks with 140 mm of suspension suspension travel, adjustable windscreen and knuckle guards for the handlebar.
CFMoto 650GT
- The 650GT sports tourer is the most expensive offering from CFMoto in India. It is priced at Rs 5.49 lakh.
- It has a large front fairing with dual LED headlights. There’s also an adjustable windshield that can be raised by 60 mm.
- While the engine is shared with the other two 650s, the 650GT also has a customised engine tuning of its own where stronger emphasis has been given to the mid-range performance. Here, the engine makes 62 bhp 58.5 Nm.
- The 6-speed transmission on the GT has a larger rear sprocket when compared to the 650NK and 650MT.
- Touring-friendly features on this bike include a 5.0-inch TFT digital instrument panel, USB charging port and 12V power socket for phones.
