ColorOS 7 official for Oppo, Realme phones
- ColorOS, which is Oppo’s custom Android skin, has gotten an overhaul with its latest iteration.
- With the newly announced ColorOS 7, the UI icons have a brand new look along with an option for resizing. Also new are the system colours, wallpapers, sounds and animations. The dark mode has been refined as well.
- Coming to performance enhancements, ColorOS 7 promises better memory optimisation for a more fluid UI interaction.
- Oppo’s new custom Android skin also adds a new extreme night mode to its camera app. That’s not all – better EIS for videos, called super anti-shake, has also been introduced. Then, the new ‘Soloop’ photo/ video editor brings better editing right on the phone.
- Finally, to break your gaming addiction, there’s a new ‘focus mode’ in the Game Space which allows gamers to unwind from their phones for a set amount of time.
- This version of ColorOS 7 has just been announced in China. The global version of the software will be revealed in India on November 26. We expect the latter to be largely the same as the former.
