How to recover deleted Instagram posts
It is now possible to recover Instagram posts and stories that have been deleted. Instagram has put out a tool that allows users to review and restore deleted posts or stories within 24 hours, which many of you may not be aware of.
Users can restore archived stories within 30 days of deleting them. This function was created by the social media platform so that users could regain control if their accounts were hacked and their postings were removed.
Under this new feature, Instagram has developed a “Recently Deleted” section. Even if a user deletes a post, the deleted post will stay in Instagram’s recently deleted section for 30 days. During this one-month period, the user has the option of restoring or permanently deleting the post.
Previously, there was no way to recover deleted Instagram posts, but now you may do so using the Recently Deleted section. All images, videos, reels, IGTV movies, and stories you delete from your app will now be relocated to the Recently Deleted section, where you can retrieve them later.
