Jio Phone Next revealed; is co-developed with Google
Reliance has announced the Jio Phone Next at the company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting. It is the byproduct of the Reliance-Google collaboration that was announced last year.
Absolutely no specification of this upcoming cheap 4G smartphone has been revealed, except for the fact that its Android experience has been fully optimised and localised for India by Google.
However, some rumoured specs of the Jio Phone Next include the Snapdragon 480 SoC, up to 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a single rear camera and Android Go Edition software.
The Jio Phone Next will be launched in India on September 10, which also happens to be Ganesh Chaturthi. It aims to be the most affordable 4G smartphone on sale in India.
