Lamborghini Huracan STO launched in India
The Lamborghini Huracan STO has been priced at Rs 4.99 crore (ex-showroom) in India. There are also certain optional extras on offer.
Short for ‘Super Trofeo Evo’, the STO is the brutal race-spec version of the Huracan that’s been made street legal. However, the fact that it’s honed for the track becomes quite evident once you look at it.
Its angry face consists of a one-piece front fender and bonnet, a new front splitter, NACA air intakes, an air scoop, a new rear diffuser, magnesium wheels and loads of contrast yellow accents.
The rear-wheel drive Huracan STO pumps out 640hp and 565Nm of max torque from its naturally-aspirated V10 engine. Therefore, it can achieve 0-100km/h in flat 3 seconds.
Keeping its track focus in mind, the Huracan STO is made out of up to 75 percent body panels. Consequently, it is 83kg lighter than the AWD Huracan Evo and 43kg lighter than the Huracan Performante.
