Mahindra reveals new logo for SUVs
Home-brewed carmaker Mahindra and Mahindra has revealed a brand new logo for its passenger cars division. This new logo will debut on the upcoming XUV700 and will eventually make way on all of its SUV lineup.
It is worth noting that Mahindra’s commercial and farm division will use the current ‘Road Ahead’ logo.
Called the ‘Twin Peaks’ logo, it uses a 3D uppercase ‘M’ which has been designed by Pratap Bose, Tata’s former head of design who joined Mahindra recently.
In line with the new logo, Mahindra will revamp its dealerships and service centres across India with a new grey colour palette with red accents.
Mahindra has gone pretty much against the industry trend with this new Twin Peaks 3D logo, as most carmakers like BMW, Renault, VW, Mini, and Kia have switched from a 3D to a simpler 2D logo design recently.
