Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 launched at Rs 4,499
- Xiaomi has launched its first truly wireless earphones in India. The new Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 have been priced at Rs 4,499, however, you can get them for Rs 1,000 less between May 12-17.
- The Bluetooth earbuds feature fairly large 14.2 mm drivers. They operate on Bluetooth 5.0 using LHDC, which also offers low-latency mode.
- The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 have an Airpods-like periscope design, but the stems on the former appear to be much thicker. There are no silicon ear tips and you instead get a one size fits all approach.
- The case, however, is quite different (and bigger) than AirPods and it supports USB-C wired charging. The battery backup is rated at 4 hours of playback per bud on a single charge. The case extends the overall time to 14 hours.
