Micromax In 2b launched in India
Micromax, which is trying to recover from the massive damage caused to it by the Chinese company invasion in India, is back with a new budget smartphone.
The new Micromax In 2b price in India is set at Rs 7,999 for the 4GB/64GB variant and Rs 8,999 for the 6GB/64GB storage variant.
To be available in three colours – blue, black, and green – the In 2b will be sold via Flipkart and Micromax’s official website from August 6.
Now let’s talk about a controversial feature – this smartphone is powered by a Unisoc T610 octa-core SoC. Unisoc chips remain relatively unknown, but Micromax claims this SoC to have an Antutu score of 176847. That’s pretty good considering the Helio G35’s score is only 109399.
The camera sensor on the Micromax In 2b is quite underwhelming though. The two sensors at the rear include a 13MP primary unit and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, you’ll find a 5MP camera inside a V-shaped notch.
The phone has a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD display and is backed by a pretty large 5,000mAh battery pack. There’s also a rear-mounted capacitive fingerprint reader.
