Motorola Edge 20 Pro, Edge 20, Edge 20 Lite official
Motorola Edge 20 Pro
The Edge 20 Pro is the spiritual successor of last year’s Edge+, but there are a few changes here.
It gets a 6.7-inch OLED display with a super-fast 144Hz refresh rate. Interestingly, the panel is flat this time around and the cool but impractical curved display is gone for good.
It’s powered by a Snapdragon 870 SoC with an impressive 12GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage.
The Edge 20 Pro’s triple rear camera setup packs quite a punch on paper. It sports a 108MP ISOCELL GM2 main sensor, a 5x high-res optical zoom periscope camera with 50x max zoom, and a 16MP ultra-wide + macro camera.
The phone is backed by a not-so-large 4,500mAh battery which supports 30W TurboPower fast charging.
Motorola Edge 20
The standard Edge 20 is priced at EUR 499. It rocks a Snapdragon 778G SoC with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
It has the same display specifications as the Pro model, but the battery capacity is even smaller at 4,000mAh. Thankfully, 30W fast charging is retained.
On the camera front, the Edge 20 gets the same main and ultra-wide units from the Pro model, but the telephoto unit has been downgraded to a 3x zoom 8MP sensor.
Motorola Edge 20 Lite
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite also packs the same 6.7-inch OLED display, however, the refresh rate has been dropped to 90Hz.
It is also powered by the much less capable MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC. on the storage front, it packs 8GB RAM along with 128GB of internal storage.
The camera unit is where the Edge 20 Lite also takes a hit. It does feature a 108MP primary camera, but the macro + ultrawide unit is lower resolution at 8MP when compared to the other two. Then, you have a mandatory 2MP depth sensor.
In the battery department, this one shines the most with its 5,000mAh cell and 30W fast charging support.
The Edge 20 Lite price has been set at EUR 349.
