Nokia 2.3 revealed
- The Nokia 2.3 is the latest budget Android One smartphone from HMD Global. It has been priced at EUR 109 (~Rs 8,600).
- Built out of plastic, the Nokia 2.3 follows a familiar design language. It sports a 6.2-inch HD+ notched display, a dedicated Google Assistant button and no fingerprint scanner.
- Powering this phone is a MediaTek Helio A22 chipset with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage. The battery capacity here is rated at 4,000mAh and it supports only a slow 5W charging.
- Coming to optics, the Nokia 2.3 as dual rear cameras consisting of 13MP f/2.2 primary sensor and 2MP secondary depth sensor. Up front, the notch houses a 5MP f/2.4 selfie camera.
- Despite being an Android One phone, the 2.3 launched with older Android 9 Pie out of the box. However, Nokia is promising 2 years of Android updates and 3 years of security updates.
