OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro revealed
OnePlus 8
- The new OnePlus 8 comes with a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display of 20:9 aspect ratio and 90 Hz refresh rate. The display has curved edges this time around and it also features a hole punch for the 16MP selfie camera.
- Coming to rear cameras, the phone has a triple camera system with 48MP Sony IMX586 main lens, 116-degree 16MP ultra-wide shooter and a 2MP macro lens. The first two cameras are the same as the 7T, while the telephoto lens has been dropped which makes the OnePlus 8’s camera system a bit of a downgrade.
- Powering the smartphone is the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 865 SoC with two storage variants – 8GB/ 128GB and 12GB/ 256GB.
- The battery capacity here is 4,300mAh and 30W Warp Charge 30T fast charging comes standard as well.
- The OnePlus 8 is priced at USD 699-799 (~Rs 53,200-60,800) which is quite steep. However, the India price is yet to be revealed and we can hope that it will be lesser.
