OnePlus Concept One teased with invisible camera module
- OnePlus will reveal the Concept One smartphone at CES 2020 on January 7. But before the official reveal, the company has teased the rear design of the upcoming concept phone.
- The teaser shows the rear panel of the phone with no visible cameras. This design concept is being tested because multiple rear cameras make the rear design appear odd.
- It uses a dimmable glass over the rear camera module so that it looks flush with the rear panel. This technology is inspired by McLaren 720S’ sunroof (OnePlus and McLaren collaborate over special edition smartphones).
- Since it’s a concept phone, the OnePlus Concept One won’t make it directly to production. However, we can expect the same tech to implemented on the OnePlus 8 series.
