Poco F3 GT gaming smartphone launched in India
Xiaomi-owned Poco is back with its much-missed F-series of smartphones. The new Poco F3 GT has been launched in India at Rs 26,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant, Rs 28,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant and Rs 30,999 for the 8GB/256GB variant.
The smartphone will go on sale from July 26 exclusively via Flipkart.
Basically, a renamed Redmi K40 Gaming Edition, the new Poco F3 GT has a heavy focus on gaming with features like dedicated triggers, an aerospace-grade white graphene heat sink for better thermal management, and ‘X-Shockers’ for precise haptic feedback during gaming.
Powering this new smartphone is a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, the same one that’s found on the just-launched Nord 2. It also features UFS 3.1 storage on all variants.
At the front of the Poco F3 GT is a 6.67-inch AMOLED 10-bit display with 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. Support for DC Dimming is present as well.
The rear camera setup includes a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a 2MP macro unit. The main camera has a claimed DSLR-grade ED (extra-low dispersion) glass for better clarity. The selfie camera is a 16MP unit.
Poco F3 GT also packs a 5,065mAh battery with the company’s fastest charging available in India yet that’s rated at 67W. There’s also an IP53 rating for better durability.
