Realme UI fully revealed
- After multiple teasers, Realme has detailed its very own user interface, simply called Realme UI. Keep in mind that Realme UI is not a completely independent interface and is still based on ColorOS 7.
- This new UI brings a host of new features and design simplifications. The overall colour scheme of UI is all-new, and so are its animations, wallpapers and fully editable icons.
- An interesting new feature is ‘Personal Information Protection’ which provides empty information pages to the apps which request access to your personal information like call history, contacts or messages.
- Based on Android 10, this new UI will start seeding from this month onwards and the Realme 3 Pro and Realme XT will be the first phones to get the update.
- Interestingly, Realme recently revealed that it will start showing ads baked into the user interface on all its smartphones running ColorOS 7. It is possible that ads will be enabled after the Realme UI update.
