Redmi 7 launched at Rs 7,999
- The Redmi 7 has been launched in India between Rs 7,999-8,999. It shares most of its specs with Redmi Y3 which has been launched alongside it.
- The phone has a 6.2-inch HD+ display with a small notch and comes powered by the Snapdragon 632 SoC. Its battery capacity is also a similar 4,000mAh.
- Then, the rear camera setup is also the same – a 12MP f/2.2 primary sensor accompanied by a 2MP secondary depth sensor. The P2i splash-proofing is standard too.
- However, the front camera here is different. It’s a lower resolution 8MP sensor as compared to the Y3’s 32MP one. However, Xiaomi’s AI portrait mode and AI Beautify 4.0 are still present on the Redmi 7.
- The device is offered in two memory configurations which include 2GB RAM/ 32GB ROM and 3GB RAM/ 32GB ROM.
