Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro with aptX Adaptive codec support launched in India
The affordable Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro have been launched in India at Rs 2,999. These are not to be confused with the global-spec Redmi Buds 3 Pro which also come with active noise cancellation.
These earbuds pack dual balanced armature drivers for a naturally balanced sound output. Powering them is Qualcomm’s QCC3040 chipset with aptX Adaptive codec support over Bluetooth 5.2.
Also on offer on the Redmi Buds 3 Pro is wear detection that automatically plays/pauses tracks. Also, the exterior of each earbud is touch sensitive which enables controlling music playback, triggering voice assistant, and accepting/rejecting voice calls.
The IPX4-rated Earbuds 3 Pro are also claimed to offer a combined playback of 30 hours.
