Redmi K30 Pro, K30 Pro Zoom official
- The Redmi K30 Pro flagship-killer smartphone has gone official in China. Also joining it is the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom, which only differs from the former in one area.
- The price range of the K30 Pro in China is between CNY 2,999-3,99 (~Rs 32,000-43,000), however, it might vary in India. Also, the K30 Pro Zoom might come to India as the Poco F2.
- The K30 Pro uses an AMOLED display of 6.67-inches with FHD+ resolution. However, the refresh rate here remains 60 Hz, which is a bit weird since the cheaper Redmi K30 (Poco X2) gets a 120 Hz LCD display. On the plus side, the display remains truly bezel-less thanks to 20MP pop-up selfie camera.
- Power is withdrawn from the latest and greatest Snapdragon 865 SoC which is hooked with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and UFS 3.1 storage (128GB/ 256GB).
- On the camera front, there are 4 rear sensors on the Redmi K30 Pro which include 64MP Sony IMX686 primary camera, 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 5MP macro camera and 2MP depth sensor.
- On the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom, as the name suggests, the macro camera is replaced by an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
- Both K30 Pro versions feature a large 4,700 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Also standard are NFC, IR port and a headphone jack.
