Redmi Note 9 series digital reveal on March 12
- The upcoming Redmi Note 9 series is confirmed to launch in India on March 12. However, Xiaomi has cancelled the launch event due to coronavirus outbreak, and therefore, the phones will be revealed digitally instead.
- The teased specs of the Redmi Note 9 series include a square-shaped quad rear camera setup, much like the Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
- As with the Redmi Note 8 Pro, the Note 9 series is teased to be gaming-focused, and therefore, we won’t be surprised if the Note 9 Pro continues to use the Helio G90T SoC.
- In related news, competing Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro will launch in India on March 5, and these phones are expected to come with monster specs such as 90 Hz display, 30W charging, telephoto camera, et al.
