RedmiBook laptops launched in India
The RedmiBook Pro price in India has been set at Rs 49,999 while the Redmi Book e-learning price in India is 41,999-44,999.
Both RedmiBook variants have a 15.6-inch FHD display, a scissor-mechanism keyboard with 1.5mm key travel, and a 100cm trackpad. Then, there are dual 2W speakers, a 720p webcam with dual mics, and a claimed 10-hour battery life on both.
Both variants are also powered by Windows 10 Home edition that comes with pre-loaded Microsoft Office Home and Student Edition 2019the hardware allows both laptops to be eligible for the Windows 11 update. Mi Smart Share app also comes pre-installed here.
The RedmiBook Pro is the higher-end variant which is powered by an 11th-generation Intel Core i5-11300H processor with a max clock speed of 4.4GHz. It is coupled with Intel Iris Xe Graphics and 8GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 3200MHz. 512GB of NVMe SSD storage comes standard here.
The RedmiBook e-Learning edition comes with a lower-spec 11th-generation Intel Core i3-1115G4 processor with a maximum clock speed of 4.1GHz. It is offered in two storage variants – 8GB/256GB and 8GB/512GB.
There are plenty of ports on both laptops as well – two USB 3.2 Gen 1, one USB 2.0, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45), a 3.5mm combo audio jack, and an SD card reader.
