Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE, Tab A7 Lite launched in India
Galaxy Tab S7 FE
Priced at Rs 46,999-50,999, the Tab S7 FE seems quite pricey for a tablet with the mid-range Snapdragon 750G SoC.
That’s not all, the base variant gets just 4GB RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage. The upper variant features 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Both variants are cellular and support 4G LTE.
The Galaxy Tab S7 FE has a 12.4-inch WQGA TFT LCD display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2,560×1,600 pixels. It is backed by a 10,090mAh battery and comes with 45W fast charging support over USB-C.
Running on Android 11 with One UI 3.1, the S7 FE comes with Samsung’s signature S-Pen stylus bundled in the box.
Galaxy Tab A7 Lite
The Tab A7 Lite is a rather affordable tablet that’s priced at Rs 14,999 for the LTE variant and Rs 11,999 for the Wi-Fi-only variant.
The specifications here are pretty low-end. The A7 Lite has an 8.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1,340 x 800 pixels. It has a 5,100mAh power cell with 15W charging support.
Powering this device is a MediaTek Helio P22T chipset that’s mated to 3GB RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage. The tablet boots Android 11 based OneUI custom skin on top and packs a 5,100mAh battery with 15W fast-charging support.
On the software front, it is powered by the latest Android 11 but the One UI version is not known as of now.
Despite being a budget device, this tablet sports dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
Both these new Samsung tablets will go on sale from June 23 via Samsung.com, Samsung Exclusive Stores, and online & offline retail partners.
