Suzuki sells 100 Hayabusa superbikes in 1 hour
If you had any doubts about the Hayabusa being India’s favourite superbike, then this news might change your opinion. The second batch of this superbike – which included 100 units – is claimed to be sold out in just 1 hour.
The third-generation Suzuki Hayabusa launched in India earlier this year at a price tag of Rs 16.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The second batch of this superbike was open for booking at Suzuki India’s website for an amount of Rs 1 lakh.
The first batch of the 2021 Hayabusa was sold with a complementary rear seat cowl, however, the second batch owners will have to buy it separately from the official accessory list.
The superbike draws power from a 1340cc inline 4-cylinder engine that pumps out 187bhp of power and 150Nm of peak torque. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quick-shifter.
