Tata Punch rear revealed
The Tata Punch micro SUV was digitally revealed through a single image recently. Now, Tata has fully revealed the exterior of this vehicle.
While we have already seen the front, the rear of the Tata Punch also stays true to the HBX concept. The tailgate is pretty heavily sculpted and draws heavy inspiration from the Nexon. The lamps at the back are pretty funky as well.
When taken into consideration its overall design, it is quite evident that Tata has designed the punch to appeal to a younger audience, just like the Nexon. On the other hand, the Harrier and Altroz have a more mature design.
Anyway, the Punch is essentially a high-riding version of the Altroz premium hatchback. It will also get the same 1.2-litre petrol engine in its turbocharged and non-turbo avatars. We don’t expect Tata to offer a diesel option at launch.
With its launch happening quite soon, the only thing left to see is this micro SUV’s interior. Expect it to be pretty gunky as well.
