TVS Ntorq 125 Race XP launched in India
TVS has launched the new Ntorq 125 Race XP in India at Rs 83,275 (ex-showroom). The scooter comes with a new three-tone colourway and snazzy red alloy wheels.
The main highlight here is that the Race XP isn’t just a visual update to the Ntorq, but, impressively, it comes with more mechanical muscle – 0.8hp and 0.3Nm extra over the standard NTorq, which isn’t bad by 125cc scooter standards. So, this version can attain a higher top speed of 98 km/h.
Then, the Ntorq Race XP also comes with two riding modes – Street and Race. TVS claims that the Race mode offers great acceleration, but hasn’t revealed any official figures as yet. Then, the Street mode is claimed to enhance the fuel economy at city speeds.
The TVS Connect mobile app also gets a new interface for the Race XP. It now accepts around 15 different voice commands like launching navigation and changing riding modes.
