The TVS Raider costs Rs 77,500 for the drum brake variant. On the other hand, the disc brake version costs Rs 85,469 (both ex-showroom).

There are a lot of interesting design elements on this new motorcycle: the headlamp with its stylish LED, the beefy tank, the pointy belly pan, and the split seat.
As well as being unusual, the bike’s simple LED taillight is something we don’t see very frequently at this price.
TVS Raider 125 engine and gearbox
The 124.8cc, three-valve, air-cooled engine on the Raider produces 11.4hp at 7,500rpm and 11.2Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. This fuel-injected engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission. This motorcycle is said to have a fuel efficiency of 67 km/l.

The bike’s completely digital instrument cluster is one of its highlight features. It includes all of the standard readouts and a gear position indicator that you’d expect from a bike in this price range.
TVS promises that in a few months an optional TFT screen with a Bluetooth connection will be also be available. You may switch between Eco and Power settings using the right-hand switchgear. Under the pillion seat, there is an extra storage room on the Raider.
TVS Raider 125 cycle parts
A telescopic fork and a monoshock provide suspension on this motorcycle. The latter is gas-powered and has a five-step preload adjustment system. On the upper-spec model, braking is handled by a 240mm disc up front and a 130mm drum at the back.
Both ends of the bike are fitted with 17-inch alloy wheels. The Raider 125 has a 1,326mm wheelbase and a 780mm seat height. The bike has a kerb weight of only 123kg and a fuel tank capacity of 10 litres.
