Vivo V23 Pro, V23 with colour-changing back panels launched
The new Vivo V23 Pro and V23 have arrived in India. Both phones use what Vivo refers to as Fluorite AG Glass, which is intended to create a soft, matte touch to the glass’s surface. The V23 phones are available in Stardust Black or Sunshine Gold, which may change colour when exposed to direct sunshine for 5 to 6 minutes.
The Vivo V23 has a FHD+ (1,080×2,400 pixel) AMOLED display measuring 6.44 inches. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
It has a 64MP main sensor with an f/1.89 aperture lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture lens, and a 2MP macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture lens for optics. It has a dual-camera configuration on the front, with a 50MP main sensor with an f/2.0 aperture lens and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and an f/2.28 aperture lens.
The Vivo V23 Pro, on the other hand, has a 6.56-inch FHD+ (1,080×2,376 pixel) AMOLED display. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. Except for the primary rear camera, which has a 108MP sensor with an f/1.88 aperture lens, other camera sensors are carried over from the vanilla V23.
The Vivo V23 and Vivo V23 Pro have 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, USB OTG, and Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity options. An in-display fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and NavIC are among the onboard sensors.
The battery in the Vivo V23 is 4,200mAh, while the battery in the Vivo V23 Pro is 4,300mAh. Both are capable of 44W quick charging.

The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the vanilla Vivo V23 costs Rs. 29,990. The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option costs Rs. 34,990. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the Vivo V23 Pro costs Rs. 38,990, while the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant costs Rs. 43,990.
They will be available for purchase on the official website, Flipkart, and physical retail locations. Pre-orders for the Vivo V23 and Vivo V23 Pro begin on January 5. The former will be available for purchase beginning January 19, while the latter will be available beginning January 13.
