Vivo Y72 5G launched in India
The new Vivo Y72 5G has been launched in India at a price of Rs 20,990. It is now on sale via all major online and offline retailers.
This new phone from Vivo looks extremely overpriced when you go through its specifications. It is powered by the low-end Snapdragon 480 SoC and is offered in one storage option – 8GB/128GB.
The display of the Vivo Y72 5G consists of a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. It also has a V-shaped notch for an 8MP selfie shooter.
At the back, there’s a dual rear camera setup with a 48MP f/1.79 primary unit. Surprisingly though, the second camera isn’t an ultra-wide unit, but a useless 2MP bokeh sensor. So, technically, the Y72 5G comes only with one usable rear camera around Rs 21,000!
Finally, Vivo is kind enough to provide a large 5,000mAh battery here with 18W fast charging over USB-C.
